Chapter 3:
Transfer Student

In the corner there is a panel showing getting off the bus and entering a city college building. The next panel shows her sitting in a college classroom, the seats next to her empty. The third panel shows A husky LPS sitting in the professor's chair. A speech bubble coming out of Professor Husky says 'Ah, looks like we have a new transfer student! Take a seat in an empty chair, and let's get started. The fourth and final panel shows that a lizard LPS, the transfer student, has sat right next to Whale. Whale is doodling.'

There's a lot of empty chairs, so why did the new transfer student pick the one right next to Whale?
